Originally founded in 1993 as the local office of Tilleke & Gibbins R.O.P., the largest independent law firm in Bangkok, Sciaroni & Associates, in 2004, in response to requirements of the Cambodian Bar Association, became an independent firm.

The firm utilizes its valuable experience to best serve a variety of clients, including domestic and international companies, banks and insurance companies, members of the diplomatic community, international organizations, multilateral lending institutions, non-governmental organizations, and various ministries and agencies of the Royal Cambodian Government.
